  WOW! The Flower Mound Best Buy has got to be the best overall staff in town. Every employee seemed happy to be there, happy to help and the employees that helped me with a couple Apple iPad item's, they made my initial purchase, as well as my return for exchange experience easy and quick. They even cared enough to strike up normal common conversation. WOW! I highly recommend this Best Buy. They also stock electric shavers! WOW!

  Love this Best Buy!! Everyone is super nice and very knowledgeable. Someone is always there to help you and answer your questions. Geek Squad knows what they are doing and can usually help right on site but if not, it is a pretty quick turnaround. I prefer this Best Buy over any other Best Buy in the DFW area! I feel like family here and I love that feeling!!!

  I just moved her a few months ago and needed a reasonable price TV., nothing too fancy. Found a 48 inch on bestbuy website and it was available at the flower mound location. Unfortunately when I picked it and brought it home it had a severely damaged screen. I immediately called store and spoke to a rep that advised me to bring it back in for an exchange. Needless to say the conversation I had with the sales rep didn’t start off really “customers service friendly” but I will say that when I got to store and spoke to the manager Dave about my experience he was very apologetic and was able to change my experiences with this store to a much better one in the end. Thank you very much Dave. Appreciate your kind service!!!
