  I was in yesterday to get my battery fixed. Dylan was super helpful fixing my battery, getting my sim card changed, as well as getting my icloud setup. Very thankful that he was there to assist me. Dylan is the best!

  I originally went in to check cost on replacing a broken glass on the phone. Alex quoted the price and about a 90-minute turn time. That seemed perfect. I went back in and it was competed beautifully. Alex called me by name when I walked back in, which is not the norm these days. I asked him, out of curiosity, what the cost would be to replace an aging battery in the same phone. The quote was very reasonable, and I handed it to him to compete. Again, in only a short time the project was superbly completed. At that point I just went ahead and purchased a new cover for another phone I acquired, not because of the price, but simply because Alex exhibited such stellar customer service. Thank you Alex and CPR!
