They never called me to tell me what happened to my order, or that they would be unable to deliver it, I still have not heard anything, and I had to call the 800 number for customer service, that is located in another state, all they coud do for me was give me a reference number. I'm very displeased about the service I have received, I wouldn't recomend using them at all!
