  Went to the Flower Mound store in November 2016 with my grown son. They tried to sell my son a visibly soiled and patched up mattress which was only identified when the plastic was taken off! It was disgusting! When my son pointed it out, the manager said "Go talk to the owner" which he promptly sent an email to the Mattress HQ owner who replied back. I've never written a bad review on a business but this was the worst product and service I've ever witnessed. Dishonest and horrible service! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

  Agree with previous reviewer...staff is very customer service focused. Prices for pillows and mattresses comparable to other locations. Furniture prices were very good. However, it took nearly 8 weeks to receive all my items and even longer to get all the accessories (e.g., decorative sofa pillows). Dan did his best to accommodate and keep me updated, but operationally challenges exist with the furniture inventory and delivery. Not sure we would order again.
