  If someone asked me today who to use for a flooring company, I would definitely tell them to talk to Kevin at My Flooring America Flower Mound. We had the company previously, and knew that installation would be done to the highest level. However, we knew our previous salesperson no longer worked there, so we were unsure how the process would go. We decided to go and see them and met Kevin! Kevin's demeanor was beyond professional. He cared about our project and our family's happiness even after the project was paid and finished. As far as installation, we were very impressed with the punctuality, professionalism, and detail-oriented crew (Beltran) that served our site. I would definitely want them to help me in the future. Thanks, My Flooring America, for giving our "new" house a remodel that looks amazing!

  We had a great experience with My Flooring America. After visiting their showroom, the next day a representative came out to the house to show us samples and do measurements. After we selected the carpet that we liked, an estimate was worked up and provided to us before leaving our home. A day or two later we were contacted by a scheduler. In less than a week, our carpeting was installed. The installers were very professional and really did a great job! We were very satisfied with our experience with My Flooring America and highly recommend them.

  We couldn't be happier! From the in-store consult to the in-home consult to installation, everything went smooth and exactly as promised. Our install team of just 2 men, did an AMAZING job by genuinely seeking precision and perfection. They were always on time and cleaned up at the end of each working day. Carpet installation after tile was completed was quick and easy. I even recommended them to a family member.
