  Terrible customer service, went in to have my phone repaired on Friday tech believe named prentiss did not want to help, just rolled his eyes at me. Asked to speak to a manager, they only had a supervisor, angry looking woman didn’t offer any help. Did not want to give me her boss number only email. I emailed a guy named Tobias Williams, have yet to hear from him and it is 4 days later . Never received such terrible service. Stay away from this store. Taking my 8 lines to Verizon tomorrow.
