  Bad, horrible,money hungry, rude managers and customer service. I brought in some items for store credit with ID and no receipt. This store has given credit before and why they did not tell us that they won't do it a second time I do not know. Stephenie Roberts the manager was so horrible! She offered $30 store credit for a $180 bag. Is she out of her mind. Someone has got to train her better or let her go. Maybe she is too old to be managing that store. The store itself has good merchandise at times, but as long as this store at this location has this manager still working here, I will never come back for anything. I spread the word that you guys are thieves. If you did the return once then you should honor the same treatment and give store credit again. Customer service given bending over backwards is the key to a successful forever business and customer relationship. Fire her fire her!
