  I this is the first bad review I have ever written about anything, but my experience with this place has been so bad that I felt it was necessary to compose one. My husband got me a new wedding band for our anniversary...just a plain white gold band so I would have a simple one to wear to work. I went in to have it resized, and the associate misquoted me. She told me it would be 29.99, but when she rang it up, the price was 99.00. She said that it would be even more expensive if I didn't purchase the "protection plan." This was three weeks ago...and still no ring. When I just called, I was told that it wouldn't be ready for another week or two. Really? A month to make a ring a half size smaller? I realize it was the holiday season, but seriously folks? I asked for the customer service number, and the number the associate gave me was for a roadside assistance company. After I get my ring back (assuming I do), I won't be returning. I should have borrowed my neighbor's blow torch so that I could have done it myself. If there was a fractional star rating available for this review, I would have chosen that option.

  I have purchased my wedding ring, and two necklaces here; Melody has always helped us and she has always educated us on what we were purchasing and respected our wants/needs/price range. She even calls us when upcoming sales are coming up. Love all my jewelry I have from here, and the people are wonderful.
